  • 25 gram(s) Parprika
  • 2 teaspoon(s) Sea/Rock Salt
  • 2 teaspoon(s) Ground Coriander
  • 2 teaspoon(s) Chinese 5 Spice
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Ground Ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) Ground Allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) Cayenne Pepper

Asian Rub Directions

Simply add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Apply a light covering over your choice of meat. Rub in and rest for a few hours in the fridge. Remove from fridge and bring to room temperature.
