A simple and quick BBQ sauce for anybody. Its great for Pork shoulder, beef dishes and especially nice when basted on baby back ribs.

In a sauce pan add the Ketchup, Pineapple juice and cider vinegar. Bring to the boil. Reduce the heat and add all the dry ingredients stirring until mixed well and dissolved. Add the Honey and Worcestershire sauce and stir. Bring back to the boil and simmer to reduce. Finally add the liquid smoke and continue to simmer. The longer you simmer for the thicker the consistency - great foe sticky baby backs! Add water to thin out if required.
